Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order until it has been shipped. Email us at hello@morra.cc as soon as possible and include your order number.
If your order has already been shipped, please follow our returns process once you receive it.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email.

Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need another size or colour, return the item and place a new order for the one you want.
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
If you received the wrong item or believe a product is faulty, please contact us before returning it.
