Delivery and shipping
Morra orders are packed and shipped from Tartu, Estonia.
We deliver to Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Sweden and Czechia. Depending on your country, delivery is available to parcel lockers, DPD Pickup points or by DHL Express courier.
Available delivery options and prices are shown at checkout before payment.
Free standard delivery
We offer free standard delivery on orders with a total product value of 200 € or more.
In Estonia, free standard delivery means delivery to an Omniva parcel locker.
In Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Sweden and Czechia, free standard delivery means delivery to a DPD Pickup point. DHL Express is not included in free standard delivery.
Delivery options
Estonia
In Estonia, we deliver with Omniva parcel lockers.
Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Sweden and Czechia
For standard delivery outside Estonia, we use DPD Pickup points.
You can choose a suitable DPD Pickup point at checkout. When the parcel has arrived, DPD will send you a notification with collection instructions.
For faster delivery outside Estonia, you can choose DHL Express at checkout.
DHL Express is a courier delivery service. Your parcel is delivered to your address, and depending on the destination and DHL options available, you may also be able to redirect it to a DHL Service Point or locker after dispatch.
Estimated delivery times
In-stock orders are usually packed within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times below start from the moment the order has been dispatched. They are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to courier delays.

Pre-order products
Some Morra products may be available as pre-orders.
If your order includes a pre-order product, the estimated shipping time is shown on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order products, we will ship the full order together when the pre-order product is ready.
Tracking your order
When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
If tracking is available for your selected delivery method, the email will include a tracking link. Please note that tracking information may take a little time to update after the parcel has been handed over to the delivery partner.
If your parcel is delayed
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
If the tracking has not updated or the parcel seems to be delayed, contact us at hello@morra.cc and we’ll help you check the shipment.
Damaged or missing parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@morra.cc.
Please include your order number and photos of the parcel, packaging and damaged product.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we’ll help investigate the issue with the delivery partner.
