5.5. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may use the packing list & return form included with the shipment or contact Morra at hello@morra.cc. No reason for withdrawal is required.
6.3. Every Morra shipment includes a packing list & return form. When returning products using a Morra return method, the customer should complete the form and place it inside the return parcel. The customer may use the Morra return code or return label provided for the relevant delivery method, or arrange the return independently. If the customer arranges the return independently, the parcel must be sent to:

Morra

Estonia

6.4. Products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the customer has informed Morra of the withdrawal.
6.5. The customer may handle and inspect the products only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, as would be permitted in a physical retail store.
6.6. If the returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, Morra may reduce the refund amount according to the diminished value of the product.
6.7. Return shipping is normally paid by the customer, except where the first-order return conditions in section 6.8 apply or where the product is faulty or the wrong item was delivered. If the customer uses a Morra return code or return label, any applicable return cost will be deducted from the refund. The applicable return costs are shown on the returns and exchanges page and in the return instructions provided with the order.
6.8. The customer’s first Morra webshop order includes one return parcel when the Morra return method provided for the original delivery is used. For Omniva and DPD Pickup orders, this return parcel is free. For DHL Express orders, the return cost is 10 €. No reason for the return or replacement purchase is required. Additional return parcels from the first order and returns from later orders are subject to the normal return charges.
6.9. Morra does not offer direct exchanges. If the customer wants a different size or colour, the original product may be returned and the preferred product ordered separately under the normal delivery terms. The customer does not need to wait for the return to reach Morra before placing a new order.
6.10. Morra will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the customer’s withdrawal request. Morra may wait with the refund until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
6.11. If the customer returns the full order, Morra refunds the product price and the standard delivery cost. Return shipping costs are not refunded. Express delivery upgrades are not refunded.
6.12. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
6.13. If a customer returns a full set, Morra refunds the set price according to the normal return conditions. If a customer returns only part of a set, the set discount no longer applies. The item kept by the customer will be recalculated at its regular individual price, and the difference will be deducted from the refund.
6.14. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products, unless the product is faulty. This includes products with custom additions, such as a name or other personalised detail. Other legal exceptions may also apply where permitted under consumer protection legislation.
