At Morra, we respect your privacy and take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy policy explains the main ways we collect and use personal data when you visit morra.cc, create an account, place an order, contact us or sign up to receive news from Morra.

What information do we process?

Depending on how you use Morra, we may process information including:

• your name and contact details;
• billing and delivery information;
• order, payment, delivery, return and refund information;
• your Morra account information;
• messages and other communication with us;
• your email address and marketing preferences if you sign up for Morra news;
• technical and usage information relating to your use of our website.

Why do we use your information?

We process personal data where necessary to:

• process, deliver and manage your orders;
• process payments, returns and refunds;
• create and maintain your Morra account;
• provide customer support;
• meet our accounting and other legal obligations;
• operate, secure and improve our webshop;
• understand how our website is used;
• measure and improve our marketing;
• send you Morra news and marketing when you have agreed to receive it.

Who do we share information with?

We share personal data only where necessary to operate Morra and provide our services.

This can include our:

• payment provider, including Montonio;
• delivery partners, including Omniva, DPD and DHL;
• webshop, hosting and IT service providers;
• accounting and business software providers;
• email and newsletter service providers;
• analytics and advertising service providers.

When paying through Montonio, payment processing is carried out by Montonio and the relevant payment service providers. Morra does not receive or store your full card details. Montonio describes itself and merchants as separate controllers in relation to the data each processes for payment transactions.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long do we keep your information?

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as applicable law requires.

Order and accounting records that are necessary to document transactions are generally retained for seven years from the end of the relevant financial year, in accordance with Estonian accounting requirements.

Other information may have shorter or longer retention periods depending on its purpose. Details are provided in our Personal data processing terms.

Your Morra account

If you create a Morra account, we retain the account information while the account is maintained.

You can request deletion of your account by contacting hello@morra.cc. Deleting an account does not necessarily mean that all information connected with previous purchases can be deleted at the same time. We may retain information where required by law or where it remains necessary for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Newsletter and marketing

If you sign up for Morra news, we currently collect your email address for this purpose.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

Cookies and website analytics

Morra uses necessary cookies to operate the website.

With your consent, we also use analytics and marketing technologies, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, to understand website usage, improve our services and measure marketing performance.

• request deletion of your personal data;

• withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or, where applicable, another competent data protection authority. These rights and transparency requirements follow GDPR Articles 13–15 and related provisions.
